I offer individual and relationship teletherapy to clients located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
I help make space for you to better understand and hold compassion for yourself as we explore whatever is currently bringing you to therapy.
This space centers on you and what you're bringing into it. I'm not here to judge, criticize, or fix you, but instead support you in learning about your own internal world.
My goal as a relationship therapist is to create a space in which you and your partner(s) feel safe to increase vulnerability and build authentic connections. I work to help you identify and understand the patterns in which you get stuck; with awareness, you can then begin working to change those patterns.
I'm affirming of kink, polyamory and open relationships, and LGBTQIA+ relationships.
Sex therapy is a specialized type of psychotherapy that focuses on sexual concerns. It can help you deepen your level of intimacy, explore kink, address sexual trauma, or treat concerns such as sexual pain, low desire, or out of control sexual behaviors.
Some clients enter therapy to address a specific sexual concern. Often, however, sex therapy is integrated within the larger therapeutic work. After all, our sexual lives can't readily be separated from the rest of who we are, and sexual difficulties are often related to the larger problems that bring clients to therapy.
I approach all therapy with an affirming, non-pathologizing approach.
